I know my values now but who am I in the end? Here goes my vision of my best possible self:
I am a guy that lives his life with joy and practices gratitude every single day for what he has. I am involved in doing activities that make me happy. To determine what these activities are, I follow my heart, because my heart tells me my deepest wants and desires. Gratitude and following my heart brings joy in my life.
I am open to new experiences too and I let these new experiences formulate my opinion. I let information flow through me and make decisions based on this information that I feel coming through me. I am open to getting to know facts and to make a decision based on what my heart tells, that is my intuition, and my own interpretation of the facts I collected. I am also seeing and accepting myself and others as I am and as they are. This way I become free of stereotypes and judgment when I look at the world and myself in it.
I am a guy, who takes responsibility for his own needs, actions and happiness. I earn my own money and make sure ends meet. I do not wait for others to do things for me or read my mind. If I want something I do it or ask for it and if I do not want something, I don’t do it and openly communicate my objection. I am ready to break rules that I do not agree with but I bear consequences for my decisions. This mindset brings me freedom in all circumstances. I am ready to make decisions based on this freedom that supports my happiness.
I turn to people with goodwill and I recognise goodwill in people. I am naturally benevolent to others because I realise that everybody has his or her own way in life and this way bears the same importance (or unimportance) for the universe as mine. That is, I do not deserve more than other people but there is a reason our lives are crossing ways. For this reason, I help people in their journies and I let myself helped in mine.
I am courageous to follow my vision statement. I am brave to break the habit and stand up for myself, act according to my values and do whatever I feel is right. I have the courage to show love and accept love. I have the courage to do the things that make me happy and to share this happiness with others.
